About:

I'm a UX researcher who uses both quantitative and qualitative insights to answer complex product questions. I focus on combining the what of behavioral patterns with their why to make impactful product decisions.

I have led research on complex developer product planning and managed qualitative studies, including interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research, to generate cross-functional insights. Alongside this, I have used quantitative techniques to build customer segmentation models and developed AI-assisted tools that accelerate research synthesis and translate behavioral data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.

I believe the future of UX research is blending data science with user insights. It's about modeling behavior at scale and listening to individual users.

I hold a UX/UI Design degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), a BA in Art Education with a Graphic Design concentration from UNC Greensboro, and Data Science certificates from MIT and CUNY.

I'm based in New York City.
